Appendix G
Selected Excerpts from the Marshall Testimony
Purpose
This appendix presents selected excerpts from Donald Marshall's recorded testimony, organized by topic. These excerpts are drawn from publicly available interview recordings and written statements. They are presented verbatim, with minimal editorial intervention, to allow the reader direct access to Marshall's own words.
On the Vril Species
"There are different types. The Vril Type 1 is a small... like a lizard... kind of like a fat-bodied lizard. Large heads. They got these... what looks like a proboscis that comes out of their head. And they can use this thing to get into your body."
"They're not aliens. They're not from another planet. They've been here. They live underground. They've been here a long time. Longer than humans."
"Type 2s are bigger. They're like four feet tall. They look different. Type 3s—those are the big ones. Eight feet tall, long necks. Those are the ones the Kaminoans in Star Wars are based on."
"These things on the inside, their brains look like hexagons, whereas ours look like spewed out layers of custard or something. Their brains look like they got chambers in them, hexagon chambers."
On the Droning Process
"What happens is the Vril, the little lizard one, it uses that proboscis to get in through the eye. It goes into the brain. The person dies—the person that was in that body dies. And the Vril takes over. It takes over the body. It gets all the memories. It looks exactly the same. But it's not the same person anymore."
"I've never seen a drone out there have any kind of visual difference other than an eye that bulges out a little bit from the droning process."
"They don't have much empathy at all for anything. They go with the first impulse. They freak out all the time. The only thing a drone wants to do is make more, have sex, and torture someone."
"They need babysitters. They need handlers."
On Cloning Technology
"They can make a clone of you from a blood sample, a piece of hair, anything with your DNA. They grow them. They got tanks, like glass tanks. Two on two, like one on top of each other. Full of fluid. The clone grows in there."
"They're duplicates. They look exactly like you. But they're dumber than the original person. And they break down over time. Over time, it'll develop a rash. It'll lose its hair."
"Like Avatar. Some of the clones, their broken elbows, smash their heads off the concrete floor, so they always stay seated in the stands, in case they ever wake up and look—they just fall over."
On Consciousness Transfer
"When you go to sleep, when you go into REM sleep, they can activate your clone. Your consciousness goes to the clone. You think you're dreaming. But you're not dreaming. You're there. You're in the clone. At the cloning station."
"And when you wake up, sometimes you remember. Sometimes you don't. They have ways of making you forget. But sometimes it bleeds through. Sometimes you remember fragments. And people think they're weird dreams."
On the Cloning Stations
"It's underground. It's a big... it's like an arena. With stands. Like a hockey arena. And people are sitting in the stands in clone bodies. World leaders. Celebrities. Royalty. They're all there."
"There are lots of cloning stations. Not just one. There's one under every major city practically."
On His Role as Songwriter
"I always put little hints in the songs, in lyrics and stuff, wherever I could."
"They bring me in—in clone—and they make me make songs. I've made thousands of songs for them. Hit songs. Songs you know. And they take them and give them to the artists and the artists release them as their own."
"Heart—'These Dreams.' That's mine. 'These dreams go on when I close my eyes / Every second of the night I live another life.' That's about the cloning station."
On the Celebrity Machine
"They'd bring in celebrities, and they'd put them through... they'd be scared. They'd be hurt. And then they'd be offered a deal. 'Sign this, and you get to be famous. You get hit songs. You get movies. You get everything. But you belong to us.'"
"Selling your soul. That's what that means. That's what 'selling your soul' means. It's not metaphorical. It's literal. You sign a contract. And your soul—your consciousness—belongs to them. They can bring you into clone any time they want."
On the Elite Gatherings
"Queen Elizabeth is there. She's one of the biggest ones. She loves these things—the Vril, the little lizard ones. She keeps them as pets. She thinks they're cute."
"World leaders, prime ministers, presidents, royalty, celebrities, crime bosses—they're all there. G20 countries, all of them. And they all sit in the stands and they watch."
"It replaced Bohemian Grove basically. It's way better than that."
On Detection
"There is a way to detect them. You have to detect them with a CT scan or an MRI. Damage behind the eye and damage to the frontal lobes of the brain."
"Give me an MRI machine and a lie detector and I'll prove it."
On the Eschatological Framework
"Some of them think they're demons. Some of the religious ones there, they say the Vril are what the Bible calls demons. Revelation. The book of Revelation talks about it."
On MKUltra
"MKUltra didn't end. It just changed. They don't need drugs anymore. They don't need electroshock. They've got cloning. They can do whatever they want to you on a clone and you don't even know it happened."
On Fear and Deterrence
"Megadeth. That's what that means. They can kill you on a clone. Over and over. And you feel it. You feel every death. And they can keep doing it. Infinite death loops. That's the deterrent. That's what keeps people quiet."
On His Motivation
"Tell the people. That's all I can do. Tell the people."
"I don't care if you believe me or not. Just look into what I've said. Just look. Check out the geology. Check out the cloning patents. Check out MKUltra. Check out the orphan trains. Check out the buildings that are buried up to their first floor. And then tell me there's nothing there."
"I don't need everyone to believe me. I need the right people to look."
On Cultural Encoding
"It's like Alf, the show. Alf runs around trying to eat cats and stuff. Everybody thinks it's cute."
"Britney Spears put in her video—she said a fantasy of hers was to blow up a cloning station so they couldn't make any more of hers. So for this video called Break the Ice, she made a Japanimation video of her breaking into a cloning station and breaking the clone tubes. And they look just like that, right? And 2 on 2, like one on top of each other."
"Those long-necked aliens in the Star Wars movie—there would be a representation of a certain type of Vril, like all the Vril type threes."
"Which is why I made Pumpkinhead look like Pumpkinhead."
On the FEMA Camp Hypothesis
"This is what I thought FEMA camps were for—rounding up drones, because they've been talking about it at the cloning center. They're gonna have to get wiped."
"And they're gonna cry. They're gonna: 'No, please don't kill me, I didn't want to be a drone.' That's not human. You gotta kill these things."
On the Concealment
"They designed it so that if anyone ever did try to tell, no one would ever believe them."
"Nobody believes it, so nobody investigates it."
"Before the internet, there was no way. You couldn't tell anyone. You'd just be crazy. Now at least you can put it out there and people can look into it on their own."
On Pet Sematary
"It's kind of like, you know, how ever see Pet Sematary by Stephen King, the movie? Where they bury—when they come back, whack. Well, they're almost as bad as that."
On the Physical Cost
"They mess me up on clones every time I go to sleep. They hurt me all the time. My heart is damaged from being killed on clones."
