The same facility, visited consistently during REM sleep over years.

The physical reading of this account — that literal underground facilities exist with literal clone bodies in literal tanks — generates a set of logistical problems that Chapter 29 addressed in part:

Construction scale: Building and maintaining facilities capable of housing hundreds of clone bodies, hosting gatherings of world leaders, and operating medical/technological infrastructure — in secret, across multiple locations — would require construction on a scale comparable to NORAD's Cheyenne Mountain Complex, replicated multiple times.
Clone maintenance: Biological bodies require nutrition, waste removal, temperature regulation, and medical monitoring. Maintaining hundreds of dormant clone bodies in ready-to-activate status would require hospital-grade infrastructure running continuously.
Transportation logistics: If consciousness is transferred to physical clones during REM sleep, the consciousness must traverse the distance between the sleeper and the clone body. Marshall has described being in Canada while sleeping in his bed. How does the consciousness travel thousands of miles to a specific underground location?
Detection: Any physical facility of this scale would produce detectable signatures: heat, electromagnetic emissions, personnel traffic, supply chains, waste products. None has been detected.

These objections are not decisive — classified facilities exist that have evaded detection for decades. But they accumulate. Each one adds friction. Together, they make the physical reading possible but strained.

The Nested Life Model

The critical question: does this hierarchy stop at the human level?

At every other level of biological organization, there is always something bigger, something more encompassing, something alive at a scale the smaller system cannot fully perceive. The assumption that humans are the apex — that nothing lives at a scale encompassing us, that we are not embedded in a larger living system — is not a conclusion drawn from evidence. It is an assumption inherited from a materialist framework that treats consciousness as an emergent property of individual brains rather than a feature of the electromagnetic field those brains exist within.

If the hierarchy does not stop at the human level — if Earth's electromagnetic field sustains organized, self-maintaining, information-processing activity — then human beings are elements within a larger living system, exactly as gut bacteria are elements within a human being.

And if the larger system has its own consciousness patterns — its own stable electromagnetic formations, its own persistent information structures — then those patterns would be as invisible to us as our thoughts are to our gut bacteria. Not because they are supernatural or mystical, but because our perceptual apparatus is tuned to detect phenomena at our scale, not at the scale of the system that contains us.

Resonance space reading: Multiple human consciousnesses can access the same standing-wave pattern during simultaneous theta states. Each accessor's brain renders the same electromagnetic information through its own perceptual system. They experience the same "space" because they are coupled to the same standing wave. They perceive each other because their brain's EM fields are interacting within the shared resonance. The "decisions made at the cloning center" are actually consensus states achieved through electromagnetic coupling between multiple consciousnesses — states that then influence the individual waking behavior of each participant.

The Vril Entities

Marshall describes small reptilian creatures with specific properties: community structure, hierarchy, parasitic intent, communication capability.

Resonance space reading: These are the consciousness patterns native to the planetary electromagnetic field — the djinn, the plasma-based intelligences described in Chapter 29. They appear as reptilian creatures because Marshall's brain renders them through the deepest available archetype for parasitic non-human intelligence. The "Cloning" Process

Marshall describes consciousness being transferred from one's sleeping body to a clone body at the facility.

Why Different Observers See Different Things

The resonance space model explains the single most puzzling feature of entity encounter reports across all cultures and all historical periods: the entities look different to different observers.

This model does not diminish the reality of the encounter.
