The WingMakers Materials: Sources, Timeline, and Terminology

This appendix provides reference material for Chapter 34's analysis of the WingMakers materials and their convergence with the Vril Dossier.

Timeline

| Date | Event | |------|-------| | 1998 | wingmakers.com launched by James Mahu. Original content includes the Ancient Arrow narrative, four Neruda interviews, chamber paintings, poetry, philosophy, and music. The site is austere, free, and focused on the Ancient Arrow discovery. | | 1998–2000 | Rapid viral spread across conspiracy, spiritual, and alternative research communities. The materials attract an international audience. Researchers archive the original content. | | 2001 | First documented alterations to the website begin. Content is modified, names and details changed, and commercial elements introduced. Researchers who archived the original materials document the discrepancies. | | 2001–2008 | Progressive development of the WingMakers brand. Workshops, products, and organizational structures form. The Lyricus Teaching Order and Event Temples concepts are introduced. The philosophical framework expands and softens. | | 2008 | James Mahu gives an interview to Project Camelot (Kerry Cassidy). Describes his methodology as "Sensory Bi-Location" (SBL) and clarifies the relationship between the mythological and terrestrial elements of the materials. | | March 4, 2014 | The Fifth Interview of Dr. Jamisson Neruda is released β€” fourteen years after the original four interviews. This interview contains the most radical content: the Anunnaki/Anu suppression framework, functional implants, the Human Mind System, soul recycling, and the Sovereign Integral Process. | | 2014–present | Continued development of the WingMakers ecosystem. Additional materials, quantum pause breathing exercises, and updated philosophical writings published through jamesmahu.com and related sites. |

Key Terminology

Organizational Entities

| Term | Definition | |------|-----------| | ACIO | Advanced Contact Intelligence Organization. A covert division within the NSA established in 1940 (code name "Black Root") to manage extraterrestrial technology and contact. Descended from the General Services Special Projects Laboratory (SPL, formed 1938). | | Labyrinth Group | A secretive inner circle within the ACIO. Pursues Blank Slate Technology and maintains the most advanced consciousness research on Earth. Led by Fifteen. | | Fifteen | The anonymous leader of the Labyrinth Group. Described as the most brilliant scientist on Earth. Has access to intelligence-enhancing technology from the Corteum. | | The Corteum | An extraterrestrial race that allied with the ACIO/Labyrinth Group. Approximately 3 meters tall with elongated heads. Provides advanced technology in exchange for cooperation. | | Incunabula | A shadowy global power structure described in the WingMakers materials. A network of wealthy families and organizations that control world events. Structurally equivalent to the Illuminati/elite control framework. | | Lyricus Teaching Order | An organization described in later WingMakers materials as responsible for guiding the evolution of humanoid species across the universe. Functionally equivalent to the Central Race's teaching arm. |

Cosmological Concepts

| Term | Definition | |------|-----------| | First Source | The ultimate creative intelligence β€” God in the WingMakers framework. The ground of all being. The infinite consciousness from which everything arises β€” transpersonal, beyond anthropomorphic conception. Structurally equivalent to "Source" or "Consciousness" in the Dossier's Chapter 26. | | Central Race | The first creation of First Source. The progenitor race of all humanoid life in the universe. Also known as the Elohim and the Shining Ones. Consist of seven sub-groups called the Tribes of Light. Cosmic geneticists who created DNA as the building block of life. | | WingMakers | The name for the Central Race's specific project on Earth. "Wing" = wind/blow (the active force of setting new states into motion); "Makers" = the plurality of co-creators. | | Sovereign Integral | Humanity's true identity β€” infinite consciousness stripped of all programmed illusion. The core concept of the WingMakers philosophy. Structurally equivalent to the Dossier's "coherent integral" (Chapter 26). | | Grand Portal | Humanity's collective discovery that consciousness survives physical death. Described as occurring in the 21st century. The irrefutable scientific proof of the Sovereign Integral. | | Wholeness Navigator | The internal guidance system that orients the individual toward the Sovereign Integral. An innate capacity of every human being, suppressed by the functional implants but never destroyed. |

Suppression Framework (Fifth Interview)

| Term | Definition | |------|-----------| | Anu | The Anunnaki king who designed humanity's suppression framework. Created humans as biological hosts for infinite consciousness, then programmed the suppression systems. Phonetically linked to Amun/Amon Ra in the Dossier's Chapter 23. | | Functional Implants | Programs embedded in the human instrument (body-mind system) that create the perception of separation, hierarchy, and limitation. Informational/consciousness-level programming β€” operative at the substrate layer, prior to any physical device. | | Human Mind System (HMS) | The totality of human consciousness as currently experienced β€” a programmed construct designed by Anu, overlaying and masking authentic consciousness. Includes the unconscious mind, subconscious mind, and conscious mind as described in standard psychology. | | God-Spirit-Soul Complex (GSSC) | Religious and spiritual frameworks that appear to offer liberation but actually reinforce suppression by keeping consciousness within the programmed reality. All concepts of God, soul, and spirit as mediated through institutions. | | Money-Power Grid | Economic systems that maintain enslavement through material dependency. One of the primary control mechanisms within the designed reality. | | Soul Recycling | The process by which consciousness, upon death, is processed through an afterlife system that erases memory and re-implants the consciousness into a new biological host. Heavens, hells, and bardos function as processing stations β€” waypoints in the recycling loop. | | Sovereign Integral Process | The practice of breathing, heartbeat awareness, and deliberate non-engagement with the programmed reality. Designed to deflate the functional implants by withdrawing energy from the suppression systems. |

Sites and Artifacts

| Term | Definition | |------|-----------| | Ancient Arrow Site | A time capsule carved into a mountainside near Chaco Canyon, New Mexico. Contains 23 chambers, each with a painting, artifacts, poetry, philosophy, and encoded technology. The first of seven sites discovered. | | The Seven Sites | Seven WingMakers time-capsule sites, one per continent: Ancient Arrow (New Mexico), Hakomi (Peru), Zyanya (Southern China), Aadhya (South-central Australia), Jumala (Finland), Mawu (near Lake Chad, Africa), Pillan (Antarctica). | | Blank Slate Technology (BST) | A form of time travel pursued by the Labyrinth Group. Would allow alteration of historical events and "resetting" of timelines. The most advanced technology in the ACIO's portfolio. | | Chamber Paintings | Twenty-three paintings found in the Ancient Arrow site, each corresponding to a chamber. Abstract, multi-layered, containing encoded information that is activated through sustained contemplation. Available on the WingMakers website. |

The Heart Virtues vs. the Nine Virtuous Pillars

The WingMakers articulate six Heart Virtues. The Dossier's Chapter 26 articulates nine virtuous pillars. The comparison:

| WingMakers Heart Virtue | Dossier Virtuous Pillar | Present in Both? | |---|---|---| | Appreciation | Appreciation | βœ“ | | Compassion | Compassion | βœ“ | | Forgiveness | Forgiveness | βœ“ | | Humility | Humility | βœ“ | | Understanding | Understanding | βœ“ | | Valor | Valor | βœ“ | | β€” | Gratitude | Dossier only | | β€” | Patience | Dossier only | | β€” | Truthfulness | Dossier only |

Six of six WingMakers Heart Virtues appear in the Dossier's framework. The Dossier includes three additional pillars: Gratitude, Patience, and Truthfulness. These three are referenced in the WingMakers' broader philosophical writings but are not formalized as Heart Virtues.

The convergence is functionally specific. These are precisely named operations described in the same functional register β€” resonance-alignment processes, identical in name and function β€” by both frameworks independently.

The Sovereign Integral Process (Summary)

The Sovereign Integral Process, as described in the Fifth Interview and related materials:

1. Quantum Pause Breathing

A breath pattern in which the practitioner inhales, pauses (holds), exhales, pauses (holds), with equal duration for each phase. The pauses create moments of stillness in which the functional implants are temporarily deflated, allowing the Sovereign Integral to surface.

2. Six Heart Virtues Practice

The deliberate cultivation of Appreciation, Compassion, Forgiveness, Humility, Understanding, and Valor in daily interactions. These virtues are described as the natural frequencies of the Sovereign Integral β€” practicing them aligns the human instrument with its authentic state.

3. Declarative Statements

Affirmations that declare the individual's true identity as Sovereign Integral. These function as informational injections β€” direct counterstatements to the functional implants' programming, operating at the identity level. Examples from the materials: "I am Sovereign Integral," "I am here to liberate the Sovereign Integral from the Human Mind System."

4. Behavioral Intelligence

The application of the Sovereign Integral awareness to all areas of life β€” a moment-to-moment orientation woven through every daily activity. The practitioner observes the functional implants operating in real-time and chooses non-engagement.

Known Alterations to the Original Materials

Researchers who archived the original 1998–2000 wingmakers.com content have documented the following categories of alteration:

  1. Character and name changes: Names and identities in the Ancient Arrow narrative were modified in later versions
  2. Narrative restructuring: The sequence and framing of events in the Neruda interviews were adjusted
  3. Philosophical additions: Concepts not present in the original materials (such as the Lyricus Teaching Order and Event Temples) were introduced
  4. Aesthetic changes: The austere, minimalist presentation of the original site was replaced with a more commercial design
  5. Tonal softening: The radical, uncompromising quality of the original materials was moderated in later iterations

The significance of these alterations is debated. Some researchers interpret them as evidence of institutional capture β€” the same pattern documented in Chapter 23 and Chapter 34 of this book, in which authentic liberating information is gradually diluted by the institutional structures that form around it. Others interpret them as a natural evolution of an author's developing vision.

The Fifth Interview, released in 2014 β€” fourteen years after the original materials β€” represents the most radical content in the WingMakers corpus and shows no signs of the softening evident in intervening materials. This suggests either that the Fifth Interview was withheld from the original release for strategic reasons, or that its radicalism represents a return to the original vision after a period of deviation.
